What is your return policy?

If you are seeking to return a product, you must return it to the store where the item was purchased.  If you purchased an item directly from Edgewater Industries and would like to inquire about a return or refund, please email service@edgewaterindustries.com.  We will be happy to discuss the situation and issue a return authorization if needed.  Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, a refund will be applied to the credit card used for the initial transaction.  

What is your shipping policy?

Orders received are typically shipped the next business day.  We ship Monday - Friday and our office is open from 8 am - 5 pm Eastern Time.  Shipping days may vary during holidays.
